Fund The Dream

Empowered Grace Homes provides safe, supportive housing for young women ages 17–21 who are aging out of foster care or experiencing homelessness, including unaccompanied youth. More than housing, our program is rooted in empowerment—helping each young woman recognize her self-worth, build confidence, and step into her purpose. Through a shared, community-centered living environment, residents receive the structure, guidance, and resources needed to grow into independent, capable adults.

As a Supervised Independent Living (SIL) placement, our program offers a balance of independence and support, equipping young women with life skills, educational and career guidance, and mentorship. Grounded in faith and compassion, Empowered Grace creates a space where young women are uplifted, restored, and reminded of their strength—because we believe every young woman deserves the opportunity to rise, thrive, and walk boldly in who she was created to be.
